It’s been over thirty years since I walked on a suspension bridge so this was the main attraction when I booked a weekend break at Lake Eland, in my home province of KwaZulu-Natal. Even though logic told me that heavier people I have crossed the bridge and that it has held for a long time, it was still a daunting experience.
But it was worth it for the views and to to be able to say “been there, done that”!
